Hello
I consider myself to be a genuine and informed therapist who strives to provide the highest quality of care to every client. My style of therapy is warm and caring with playful and educational components. I utilize an eclectic modality including anything from play therapy to EMDR. I am informed in the IFS model as well.
My Story
I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Go Bucks! I completed my bachelor's degree at Arizona State University in Psychology, with minors in German and Women's Studies. Upon graduation, I worked as a therapeutic preschool teacher for a crisis shelter. I then went on to further my studies in the School Psychology doctoral program at THE Ohio State University. Following graduate school, I worked in schools while completing my post-doctoral hours clinically. I found my passion in working with clients in private practice. During this time, I also worked toward becoming a nationally certified instructor for Conscious Discipline, a social-emotional and parenting program. I no longer use that certification for training, but still utilize many of the concepts and tools personally and professionally.

During my time away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family camping, exploring the outdoors, playing games, completing DIY makeovers on our house, dog sitting, and delving into any one of my crafting hobbies (woodworking, knitting, pottery, "cricuting", sewing, etc.)
